I’m Nicole,
— hospitality fanatic, design lover, and founder of this operation.
I bought my first historic home in 2017 and transformed it into a high-performing rental, learning every tool (and mistake) along the way.
Now, I coach other homeowners, manage multiple properties, and love curating spaces that feel personal, polished, and profitable — whether for guests or fellow hosts.
When I’m not obsessing over paint swatches or perfecting the guest experience, I’m traveling or hanging with my dog Mowgli, scouting old houses on Zillow, or planning my next great porch sit.

I’m Rosemary,
a keen-eyed assistant who keeps our plants thriving, our spaces stocked, and our guests feeling fully taken care of. From TP to coffee (and everything in between), I make sure no one’s ever caught off guard — not even during a snowstorm.
I’m obsessed with historic homes and think they’re absolutely to die for. When I’m not deep in Zillow or decorating for someone’s next great stay, you’ll find me outside with my iced honey latte and my four-legged best friend, Zoey — probably saying hi to every animal we pass.
